Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
For our digital SaaS product, you can request an unconditional refund within 14 days of purchase provided no analysis credits have been consumed from your account.
How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request from your registered email address to [email protected]. Our team will review and process your request within 3 business days.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
