At Finzora, we put the privacy of your financial data and personal information above everything else. We never sell your data to third parties and apply the highest security standards.
Data We Collect
When you use our app, we collect the email address required to create an account, the list of assets in your portfolio, and your in-app interaction data. We do not access sensitive personal data on your device (gallery, contacts, etc.).
Artificial Intelligence & Data Processing
The AI models we use for stock analysis and portfolio management may process your data in anonymized form. Our financial forecasts are based on historical data and do not constitute personal investment advice.
Security
All your data is protected with industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Our servers are hosted in secure data centers and undergo regular cybersecurity scans.
Mobile App Permissions
Our mobile app only requests the permissions needed to send notifications (price alerts, signals). No background location tracking or unauthorized data collection is performed.
Cookies & Tracking
We measure page and feature usage linked to your account to improve the service. Usage analytics and the 30-day referral cookie are enabled by default; you can disable them using Analytics preferences. Private analysis text and portfolio amounts are excluded.
Detailed Information
At Finzora, we fully comply with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and international data protection standards such as the GDPR. When you register with our app, we collect a minimum amount of data solely to deliver the AI-powered financial analysis services we offer.
User Rights: You can delete your account at any time, request a copy of the data we collect, or ask for your data to be erased. You can use the settings panel within the app or contact our support team for these requests.
Third-Party Partners: We provide market data via Yahoo Finance and Finnhub. This data is fetched anonymously and your personal identity information is not shared with these services. Payments are processed through secure intermediary institutions; your card details are never stored in our systems. Usage analytics and the 30-day referral cookie are enabled by default; turn them off using Analytics preferences on this page. Account deletion removes behavioral events; payment and commission records are retained with the account link removed.
